Current Group Offerings
I am recruiting members for one group currently, my wildflowers group, see flyer to the right of this text.
This group is will be held virtually through a secure online platform, but is only open to those physically in California at the time of the group. Group is open to women / women-identifying folks.
Date: Mondays beginning March 31 2025
Time: 7:15 - 8:30pm / waitlist available for lunch time group to be added later in 2025
Each group will meet weekly and lasts 75 minutes. Groups are a mix of education and processing time with other members.
This group is no-contact friendly and seeks to support survivors of childhood trauma, those healing from emotionally immature parents/families of origin and childhood emotional neglect.
